3.2. Quotes and Pricing: All quotes provided are estimates. The final price for the Service is subject to change if the actual condition of the premises differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking, or if additional services are requested on-site. We will notify you of any necessary price adjustments before commencing work.

3.3. Payment: Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. This may include requiring a deposit or full payment prior to the Service date. You agree to pay the full amount due for the Services rendered in accordance with our pricing and payment policies.

3.4. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if a scheduled Service is canceled without sufficient notice, as detailed below. This policy is necessary to cover lost wages and scheduling costs.

Valuables: Prior to the Service, you are responsible for securing and/or removing any items of monetary or sentimental value, including cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable items.

Utilities: Provide running water, electricity, and adequate temperature control for the Service to be performed.

5. Damages and Claims

5.1. Insurance: East Valley Housekeeping maintains general liability and property damage insurance.

5.2. Damage Notification: In the rare event that damage to your property occurs during the Service, you must report the damage to us within twenty-four (24) hours of the Service completion time. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and a written description of the incident.

5.3. Liability Limitation: Our liability for any damaged or lost items shall be limited to the replacement cost of the item or the amount covered by our insurance policy, whichever is less. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, poorly secured items), or wear and tear.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. East Valley Housekeeping does not warrant that the Site will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall East Valley Housekeeping, its affiliates, employees, agents, or owners be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any websites linked to it, or the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to either allow us to re-perform the specific Service component at no charge or receive a refund for the price of the deficient Service component, as determined by us.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, the Site, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
